Turf Too Wet for the Buggy? The Drone Took Care of It.

A golf course in the Toowoomba region was due for a fungicide treatment after a week of wet weather. The greens were waterlogged, and driving a buggy over them risked damage — but turf disease doesn’t wait for the soil to dry.

Enter the DJI T40, which flew the course without touching the turf. We sprayed all 18 greens with a fine mist of product in less than 45 minutes, with no ruts, no delays, and no disruption to play.

“The committee was wrapped. Didn’t even have to close a hole.”

Drone spraying is ideal for delicate turf, especially when timing matters.
